After working with her on my food game, I made it through the bakery without any junk food, and I could seriously go for some brownies right [now]!!!! And by Gods grace, I cut back on my weakness, for cheese. And Kwynn taught me mindful eating, so I’m actually tasting my food!!!

Kwynn is an AMAZING diet coach. She gives you the right information and explains why it’s necessary. She also knows how to appeal to your needs and how to get you to respond since not everyone receives information the same way. She’s able to speak to me in such a way that makes me want comply with my diet restrictions. I have a handful of friends who also consult her-she comes highly recommended and is well worth the money!

I’m very happy to be working with Kwynn on my weight loss journey. I’m the all or nothing type which is a bad way of thinking. Kwynn is a breath of fresh air because she is very knowledgeable about nutrition and gives me little things I can do to make my food choices healthier. She’s very upbeat and understanding.
